Who Can Enroll?
This course is open to anyone who can show proficiency in English and your other primary working language. There are no other prerequisites—just a commitment to learning and serving your community.

You can meet the language requirement with any of the following:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent from a country where the language is spoken (or a complete transcript)

  • Seal of Biliteracy from a U.S. high school

  • College diploma or transcript showing at least 24 credit hours with a B average or higher, with the majority of classes in the relevant language

  • Teacher certification as a World Language or Bilingual teacher

  • Passing an interpreter certification exam (federal/state court interpreter, CCHI, NBCMI, RID, etc.)

Don’t have language documentation? No problem.
If you don’t have any of the above, we will schedule a brief oral language evaluation to verify your proficiency.
